By creating an account or using LegacyCrumb, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account and its associated data at any time from the Settings page.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the family stories, photos, and media you add to LegacyCrumb. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the service to you and the family members you invite. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any content you add.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or that you do not have rights to.
• Do not attempt to access another family's private archive.
• Do not use the service to store sensitive identifiers such as full Social Security numbers or financial credentials.

5. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are presented at the time of purchase. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

6. Service Availability

We work to keep LegacyCrumb reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

LegacyCrumb is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, ALG INNOVATION GROUP INC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. You are encouraged to keep your own backups of irreplaceable family media.
